Tips for using the "My Property Manager" account

Once you have set up an account, you can save multiple search settings for any search criteria you want. For example, say you want to find REO single family homes in Vallejo, CA, with a price range of $300,000 to $400,000 and minimum bedrooms of 3 and minimum bathrooms of 2.

Graphic below shows some of the "ADVANCED" search criteria. Note that once you have set up an account and are logged in, the search pages have an additional line of information (see 1). Here is where you access your "Saved Searches", "Saved Properties", "Edit Your Information", and "Log Out". Vallejo (see 3) is in Solano County which is handled by BAREIS MLS so (see 2) select an MLS is set to Bay Area Real Estate Information Services. You can add any other search criteria here as well (see 4). Once you are satisfied with your search criteria, you can then hit "SEARCH" to find homes.
